At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the EU.
We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs.
Currently, in-stock orders are shipped within 4 business days. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We’ll make sure you get your order within the timeframe selected at checkout, and we’ll cover the tab to upgrade shipping if it’s necessary.
Please note that we don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.
Ensuring the safety of our customers and our team is a top priority. If you need assistance returning an item within the 30-day return period, please reach out to us directly at contact@artkwaba.com. We’re happy to arrange a contact-free pickup for your return, mail you a return label directly, or help in any way we can.
All items do still need to be in new condition, unwashed, and in original packaging for a full refund.

Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.
Yes. International shipping costs automatically populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address.
However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. Artkwaba is not able to quote customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.
The following oversized items aren’t eligible for international shipping : Large, Wood Furniture
Reminder : Any order that ships over an ocean or outside EU is considered international.
Given the current situation, we would like to update you on the continuation of our work at Artkwaba. You are still able to place orders on our website and delivery times should be met.
Restricted countries are subject to change as new restrictions are implemented. If you’ve placed an order, and live in a country currently restricted, your order will be held until services are re-established.
Our customer service team is available to answer all your questions about the works and artists on our site. Additionally, we are available to assist you in the follow-up of your orders and ensuring the delivery of the works.
We will, of course, keep you informed if there is the slightest change or delay in delivery.

Payments
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number, as well as an email confirmation which includes your order number and an approximate order total. Click here to check the status of your order.
We accept the following methods of payment : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay issued in EUR.
Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.
Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. For further assistance, please contact us.

For orders shipping to outside EU, with regard to import fees, we offer two options: import fees due upon delivery and import fees prepaid. By selecting import fees due upon delivery, you are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees assessed upon delivery, all of which are nonrefundable. By selecting import fees prepaid, the total billed at checkout includes duty, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. Fees include 20% of total retail price and applicable taxes.

We will keep your order on file for 24 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
Promo codes may be entered in your basket. In the right-hand column, click Enter you code and enter the code. Only one coupon / promo code may be applied per order.
Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.
Shipping & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
Items can be returned or exchanged by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in like-new condition.
- Please email us at contact@artkwaba.com to arrange your return/exchange.
- Pack the items securely and ship the package back to the address that will be communicated to you.
For returns : once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
When shipping your items back to us, please use any original, protective packaging to make sure they arrive back at our warehouse in new, undamaged condition. Bedding and towels must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging when returned.
Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, we will issue your store credit or refund. Keep an eye out for that email notification.

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you’ve placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
You can contact our Help team to cancel or make changes to your order. Depending on demand, we can’t guarantee these requests, but we promise we will try our hardest. We are only be able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed. Be sure to include details about the changes you need made- your new address, size, design, etc.
